Attorney Fuat HASKILIÇ — Of Counsel

Attorney Fuat Haskılıç advises on commercial law, contract law, international trade law, and alternative dispute resolution, with a practice that increasingly centres on arbitration and cross-border commercial matters.

He was awarded a full scholarship to the Faculty of Law at TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2019 and graduated in 2024. Through TOBB ETÜ’s Cooperative Education Programme, he gained early professional experience at law firms and defence industry companies in Ankara, Istanbul, and Italy, combining domestic legal training with international exposure from the outset of his career. During his studies, he focused on international and commercial law and undertook specialised training in investment arbitration and energy law.

Following graduation, he completed his legal internship with the Ankara Bar Association, during which he concentrated on international trade law and arbitration, acting as counsel and legal advisor in disputes involving both domestic and foreign clients.

In 2025, he became an Accredited MED-ARB Arbitrator under TOBBUYUM and began practising as an attorney. He currently provides commercial and legal advisory services to a number of Türkiye’s leading industrial companies, with experience spanning corporate law, commercial law, labour law, international law, and intellectual and industrial property law.
