Gökberk Tekin’s practice is centred on international dispute resolution and cross-border commercial matters. He regularly acts for international corporations, embassies, and investment structures in disputes that require coordination across multiple legal systems, often involving parallel proceedings, enforcement strategies, and intricate evidentiary frameworks. His work spans both arbitration and litigation, with a particular focus on matters where legal complexity intersects with commercial urgency.

His cross-border experience allows him to anticipate risks that may arise at the intersection of different legal systems and to reflect these considerations directly into contractual frameworks.
